1st Finchampstead Scout Group

Three Towers Hike 2009 What A Result!!!!

1^st Finchampstead was represented by 3 adult teams and 4 scout teams, with 3 explorer teams from Phoenix Explorer unit and they all did us proud!

Congratulations go to Amber, Jack and Steve, who won the scout event by walking 25k in a time of 4 hours and 55 minutes.

Jess, Lukas & Robert  - 7hrs  (equal 24^th)

Explorers (45k, 20 teams entered)
Phillip (Egg), Lewis & Dan  - 7hrs 49mins  (3^rd)
Tom, Stuart & Ed  - 7hrs 51mins (4^th)
Ben & Tom Finished in 11hrs 56mins Belinda dropped out at check point 10

Classic (75k, 23 teams entered)
Simon H, Mike & Ian  - 11hrs 43mins  (2^nd)
Chris and Dave finished in 11hrs 56mins Simon G dropped out at checkpoint 8
Ali and Niall finished in 14hrs 21mins Jamie dropped out at checkpoint 8
