Receipts or invoices need to be submitted for all expenditure

If you don’t want to use the online form, the old forms are still available at the bottom of this page.


  • Add the payee details, if these are different from the name of the person claiming the expenses.

  • Please add scans or photos of your expenses you are claiming. If you can add your name to the file, it will speed up the processing of the expense claim.

If you wish to use an old version of the expenses form, please download one of the forms above. Then complete it and post or drop the form and receipts to the Treasurer’s house (the address is on the forms).

You must be logged into your 1st Finch Google account in order to download the expenses forms.
