Gmail & GSuite

For for email and documents we use GSuite, Google’s online applications. This includes Gmail, which should be used by leaders for all group emails to Scouts and parents. You can log in at https://mail.google.com/a/1finch.org.uk. The link is also at the very bottom of this website, titled “Group Email”.

Once you’ve started your Leader training, you’ll be issued an email address (in the format firstname.lastname@1finch.org.uk) and a temporary password. This password will need to be changed to a strong password, as defined by Google’s guidelines here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32040?hl=en. If you forget this password, you can reset it yourself.
