We regret to announce the sad death of Sam Clark, our President.
Most of our young members and younger Leaders will not have known Sam. He was Scoutmaster with the group in the 1950’s and 1960’s, and then became our Quartermaster for many years before retiring from active Scouting. I always rember Sam complaining, like all good quartermasters, when Scouts (or Leaders!) brought back ‘his’ equipment in a dirty state.
He will be sadly missed. Our thoughts at this time go to Margaret, his widow.
