1st Finchampstead Scout Group is part of Wokingham District, within Berkshire County. The district borders Reading Central, South East Berkshire, Pang Valley and Loddon districts in Berkshire, and Bramshill District in Hampshire.

There are about 1000 young people taking part in Scouting across our District, within the following groups:

• 1st Finchampstead
• 1st Wokingham (St. Paul’s)
• 3rd Wokingham (Mayor’s Own)
• 4th Wokingham (All Saints)
• 1st Arborfield
• 1st Winnersh
• 1st Woosehill
• 1st Swallowfield
• 1st Emmbrook

The District also runs 4 Explorer Units, with Phoenix Explorers Unit based at our HQ, Finchbase.
