“Eastrek” 2009 – Scouts Easter Walking Trip – Letters and Kit List

Due
to the success of 1st Finchampstead’s first ever “Eastrek” earlier
this year, we have decided to run the event again in Easter 2009. The hike will be held in the New Forest and will run over the Easter weekend (April 10th
– 13th 2009). Scouts will be
accommodated in a bunk house.

The
aim of this weekend if to give the scouts the opportunity of developing their
navigation skills, enjoy the outdoors and possibly help work towards several badges.

Costs
will be dependent on the number of scouts partaking in the event. The approximate cost will be £70 but an exact
figure will follow soon.

To
help us organise expenses please fill out and return the slip back to us by the
first meeting after Christmas. With a non returnable deposit of 20 pounds made
payable to 1st Finchampstead Scout Group

Yours
Sincerely
