Wokingham Winter Carnival – 2nd December

The group was well represented at the winter carnival with 3 floats entering, the first time each section has had a float.

The Beavers were fantastic as 101 Dalmatians and some leaders have clearly missed their vocation in life – who was that Cruella De Ville!!! But who did "let the dogs out"?

Cub Scout Summer Camp 2007

The Cub Scouts from both packs enjoyed a fantastic camp at Runways End Scout Activity Site in Farnborough. The site was renamed Worlds End, as this year’s camp theme was ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’.

Over 60 Cubs and Leaders enjoyed the camp with many activities and much fun.

Scout Summer Camp 2007

The Scouts had a great Summer Camp this July on the shore of Bassenthwaite Lake in the English Lake District. The weather wasn’t always the greatest that we could have, but was much better than the reports of torrential rain and floods which we were receiving from further south!

Leopards Cubs – Athlete Badge

At the July 3rd meeting of Leopards Cubs the Athlete Activity Badge was staged. All the cubs had a great time tackling the events and had lots of fun sprinting, jumping, throwing and skipping to achieve the best scores possible to pass the badge.

A results 'flyer' is on the noticeboard at Finchbase listing the requirements and some of the high achievers along with those who successfully managed to gain the badge.
