Scouts: Switzerland Expedition 2011
In 2011, the Scout Troops went to Switzerland for their Summer Expedition – this was the 3rd time we’ve been there.

Cub Scouts: Cub Scout Summer Camp 2011
In conjunction with 1st Arborfield Cub Scouts, we will be having this year’s Cub Scout Summer Camp on the banks of the River Thames, near Marlow.
Saturday 27th to Monday 29th August 2011
This year’s theme will be Pirates of the River Thames.
Kandersteg Expedition 2011 – text of the message sent to all participants in June 2011
Dear scout and parents
We are planning a short meeting for Thursday 21 July at 7.30pm where you
will receive your expedition T-shirts. There will be a brief chat about
the expedition details (attached) and a chance to ask the leaders
questions.
Scout and Cub Scout Water Activities to end the term
Both the Scout Troops and both the Cub Packs had water activities and BBQ on the River Thames this week at the Wokingham Waterside Centre.
The rain came for both evenings, very heavy at times, but everybody enjoyed the activities to end a splendid Scouting Year.
